Rights of withdrawal and returns

You don’t like the product you received, the size is not right or there are factory defects?
Our return and withdrawal policy provides that if the customer is not 100 % satisfied with any of the products ordered, we will be happy to reimburse him.
The customer may return the products within 14 working days from the delivery of the package.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
  • applies to the purchased product in its entirety;
  • the goods purchased must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts;
  • according to the norm of law, the shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of an essential condition for the integrity of the good (packaging and its contents), in cases where CLA.ROS Calzature ascertains the lack or non-integrity of the original packaging (original box) and/or recognizes that the shoes have been worn outdoors.
In the event of return for defective product or product different from the one ordered, the shipping costs charged to the consumer, will be reimbursed for an amount equal to 8 euro.

In order to exercise the right of return and/or withdrawal, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Fill out the return form attachment in your package
  2. Pack the items in its original packaging and attach the return form inside. (it is mandatory to receive the completed form or the return will not be accepted)
  3. Ship the package to the following address:

We recommend that you use a tracked shipping, because we do not assume any responsibility for returns lost or received late.
Once the return reaches our offices, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering, and if suitable CLA.ROS CALZATURE will reimburse the customer the sum already paid only and solely for the returned goods (shipping costs are not reimbursed). The reimbursement shall be made by bank transfer within 14 days from the date of return of the goods to the Company as per the laws in force.

If the product is not of the correct size, the customer can make an exchange of goods by filling out the contact form, within the term indicated above, using as "Reason of contact: I would like to make a return" containing the declaration of intention to exercise the right of return and the exchange.
If a product received shows a factory defect, fill out the contact form using as "Reason of contact: I would like to make a return", attaching one or more photos that show the defect before sending the goods.
In both cases, size change or factory defect, the customer will be contacted via email and/or phone in order to be able to proceed with the return and if in the product requested is still available in stock, CLA.ROS will exchange it, agreeing with the customer the second shipment where the courier will collect the first package.
For CLA.ROS quality is very important and we are committed to reimburse the cost of the products which prove to be defective. Only in these circumstances the cost of the second shipment for exchanging the goods will be borne by the retailer.


CLA.ROS offers its customers that have made the payment through PayPal the possibility to request the refund of the shipping costs sustained for the return.
